Our Mission
Pickering Museum Village Foundation supports the City of Pickering in its efforts and achievements. The purpose of the Foundation is to enhance the care of the artifacts.
About PICKERING MUSEUM VILLAGE FOUNDATION
The current conservation/restoration project for the Foundation is the Brougham Central Hotel. When completed it will once more be a Temperance Hotel. of the 1850s. We are excited to soon be able to offer another restored building and provide another learning experience for the school tours and visitors to the site. In addition to city staff creating new programs regarding the Temperance era, 'windows to the past' will provide building techniques used in the past.
