Planned Parenthood Regina has served the community of Regina & surrounding area since 1986. We aim to decrease the barriers many people face trying to access sexual health care and de-stigmatize sexuality.

Everyone has the right to medically accurate information and timely, quality services. Our medical practitioners, social workers, and educators offer compassionate support to anyone who reaches out to us.

Our services include birth control prescriptions, low-cost birth control sales, free condoms, IUD insertions, pap smears, STI testing and treatment, pregnancy testing and options counselling, crisis support, and specialist referrals.

We strive to give young people the tools and knowledge to make more informed decisions about engaging in sexual activity. Our educator offers inclusive, sex-positive presentations in classrooms, group homes, and other community organizations.
