To help in the maintenance and operation of the Canadian Polish Scouting movement, and promotion of scouting, without limiting the generality of the foregoing, by raising funds and applying same for the following:

1. To provide and maintain facilities for the use of Polish Scouting movement in Ontario,
2. To provide equipment and supplies for the use within the Polish Scouting movement,
3. To provide financial assistance to indigent youth and children to enable them to take part in scouting,
4. And to organize, and promote, for the benefit of Canadian Polish Scouts, educational, cultural, recreational and physical activities, jamborees, conventions, training and leadership seminars and conferences.
