This month, we are actively seeking donations for Danielle's Helping Hand Fund! This fund provides prompt, one time grants to individuals and families in our community living below the poverty line to help cover emergency or unexpected expenses. The fund is designed to fill gaps and provide support where no other community or government services are available.

Danielle's Helping Hand Fund is 100% local. Every dollar raised in Powell River stays in Powell River! Last year the United Way of Powell River distributed over $40,000 to people in Powell River & the qathet regional district via Danielle's Helping Hand.
