Our Mission

We believe that each human person has equal right to the necessities of life. We believe in the dignity of all persons and that they are worthy of respect and love.

We acknowledge the existence of situations and circumstances, which can result in people, and especially children, not being able to provide the necessities of life for themselves and their families.

As far as it is in our power, we will seek to acquire and distribute appropriate nutrition to those who do not have the means of providing it for themselves and to cultivate, develop and encourage ways of eliminating hunger, and the injustices underlying hunger in our society.

We also believe that anyone in hunger deserves a safe, supportive, clean environment, in which they may receive a nutritious meal, served with an attitude of dignity and respect, regardless of their age, ethnic origin, or living situation.
