The Pugwash Fire Department responds to all Fire & Rescue dispatches in the Pugwash and District area, situated on the North Shore of Nova Scotia, Canada. We cover an area approximately 230 sqkm and have 2004 assigned civic addresses (as of 2013). These are spread over 240 km of roads. The Department currently has 7 Apparatus (including a rescue boat and side x side) and 37 volunteers. We are staffed fully by volunteers. You can follow us on Facebook.
