PHA Canada is a federally registered charity that represents the Canadian pulmonary hypertension (PH) community.
PHA Canada exists to empower the pulmonary hypertension community through support, education, advocacy, awareness, and research. Working alongside of and on behalf of Canadians affected by pulmonary hypertension (PH)–a progressive disease affecting the arteries of the lungs that can lead to right-heart failure–we aim to deliver programs and services that serve the PH community, which consists of approximately 5,000 patients, and increase the visibility of this rare and potentially fatal lung disease.
