At Puri Napaq, our mission is to provide mobility assistance to disabled populations living in underprivileged conditions. The gift of mobility can provide individuals with independence, self-confidence and allow for re-engagement in their respective societies.

The quality of life for those living with disabilities is unimaginably difficult in many developing countries. It's bittersweet to know that a wheelchair can make such a life-changing difference for individuals who would otherwise be confined to their homes. With your support, Puri Napaq has donated 17 full-sized shipping containers of mobility equipment to countries like Peru, Cuba, Ecuador, Panama and the Philippines, where these items are scarce or non-existent.

This year, we had the incredible honour to achieve full charity status from the federal government, they have acknowledged our work as important and necessary. It seems like the work has just begun!

At this very moment we have enough equipment to fill three 40' shipping containers, with plans to send two to Cuba and one to Peru. We're currently seeking funding to cover repairs and refurbishing as well as shipping and storage costs, so we can continue our much needed work.
