Our Mission
To work with the community to raise and manage funds to enhance patient care and further education at the Grande Prairie Regional Hospital, the Queen Elizabeth II Ambulatory Care Centre and Ken Sargent House.
About Grande Prairie Regional Hospital Foundation
The primary purpose of the Grande Prairie Regional Hospital Foundation is to enhance the quality of health care available to patients living in northwestern Alberta. The Foundation plays a critical role in working with generous donors to fund life-saving specialized equipment, major projects, education and patient care programs for which there is no other funding.
Due to our continuously challenging health care climate, the Foundation must make every effort to help our hospitals meet the growing needs of the community as well as the needs of our regional residents.
As an organization entrusted with the stewardship of donor contributions, we strive to match the wishes of our donors with the priority needs of our Hospital. If a donor wishes to support a specific program or department of the Hospital, the Foundation ensures that the gift is used as intended.
