Community Health in Community Hands
REACH Community Health Centre is a community-governed organization that believes that good health is a state of physical, mental, and social well-being. We provide innovative, high-quality primary health and dental care, pharmacy services, and social and educational services to support the physical and mental health and well-being of our community and the individuals within it.
REACH provides team-based care, which is a collaborative approach to delivering compassionate, culturally-sensitive and patient-centered healthcare to positively impact the lives of our community members. Since our founding in 1969, we have remained steadfast in our commitment to delivering accessible and inclusive healthcare services and addressing the social determinants of health. We strive to ensure that the most underserved and vulnerable members of our community receive the care and support they deserve.
Pharmacy and Dental
Our Dental Clinic and Pharmacy work with community members to access benefits, enabling them to receive lower cost and free dental care and prescriptions. Through donations, both our Dental Clinic and Pharmacy can subsidize services for those where income is a barrier, or for those without insurance. Show less
