Our Mission

Our mission is to provide treatment for recovery from alcohol and drug addiction through a residential program; the goal is to graduate healthy, addiction-free men by providing a structured and supportive environment to clients wanting to return to the community to live pro-social, independent and productive lives.

- Advocacy- Assist client to make a resume

- Identify and suggest work options / educational options

- Connect client to resources

- Client has identification

- Assist client to take medication regularly

- Provide information on medication / reasons for taking medication

- Encourage clients to discuss issues with medical health professionals

About RECOVERY ACRES SOCIETY

Recovery Acres is a 34 bed treatment facility in Edmonton, Alberta helping adult men recovery from alcohol and drug addiction. We provide a safe, secure and supportive environment for those who wish to make the commitment and put in the work necessary to change their lives.

Through life skills and addiction awareness modules, individual counselling and 12-step work, Recovery Acres helps men through the early stages of addiction recovery, building relapse prevention skills and the community supports necessary to eventually transition back into the community.
