ABOUT US

Regina Christian School is a preschool through grade 12 school accredited by the Saskatchewan Ministry of Education and is an Associate School of the Regina Public School Division. We offer a strong academic program for approximately 500 students in preschool, elementary and high school, including an Advanced Placement option for high school and a before and after school program for kindergarten to grade 6. We also have great extracurricular opportunities in both elementary and high school - athletics, choral and drama productions, arts and technology clubs, music lessons, student leadership committees as well as an inner city missions team and an international missions team.

In partnership with the home and Church, we provide a Christ-centered education equipping students spiritually, academically, and physically to pursue a life of Godly character for service to the Lord Jesus Christ and others.

Our vision at RCS is to produce graduates that will demonstrate a personal commitment to Christ, giving Him pre-eminence in all things. We strive to provide an academic and spiritual environment, which will encourage each student to develop personal gifts and talents for service to our Lord, other Christians, and the world. We will endeavor to be a light in our community for Jesus Christ by providing a loving environment known for unity, peace, and safety.

INNER CITY MISSIONS

RCS and our inner city mentorship team foster a continual partnership with two Regina inner city schools. Our desire is to provide mentorship, hope and friendship. Also, our school as a whole takes part in a variety of community initiatives from collecting food and clothing donations to Christmas gifts and hampers for families in need.  Our students not only help others, but also grow themselves. We are committed to making a difference through service one heart at a time.

INTERNATIONAL STUDIES PROGRAM

Regina Christian School offers a quality, fully accredited, Christ-centered English as an Additional Language (EAL) program, a curriculum that is approved by the Province of Saskatchewan and a homestay program that consists of parents who understand and support the vision of the school.  RCS has an International Admissions Counselor who is responsible for ensuring that the students are cared for both physically and emotionally.

INTERNATIONAL MISSIONS

Since 2002, RCS, in partnership with Impact Ministries, has been sending high school students on a mission’s trip to Guatemala. Students from grades 10 to 12, who are passionate about spreading the gospel, are invited to participate. While in Guatemala, our students participate in a variety of mission’s opportunities including assisting with a VBS program, doing home and hospital visitation, taking part in church ministry and assisting with construction projects. Each year it has been a blessing to the students and staff involved to take part in such an amazing ministry opportunity.
