To promote, defend, and develop independent popular education among its members, the general public, and the government;
To secure recognition and defense of political autonomy (mission, objectives, practices) and adequate funding for its members;
To defend and promote social rights by supporting and participating, at the regional level, in social struggles put forward by its member groups.

RÉPAC 03-12 (Regroupement d’éducation populaire en action communautaire des régions de Québec et Chaudière-Appalaches) brings together some forty community groups sharing independent popular education practices and a commitment to social justice. RÉPAC-03-12, in short, is a tool developed by grassroots and community groups in Québec and Chaudière-Appalaches. A tool that allows them to share experiences, analyses, and practices, and advance the cause of social justice.
