Being a small hands-on-animal Canadian company, we relied entirely on in-person programs, visits and camps with the animals before COVID-19. With the public health mandates and the desire to keep ourselves and our community safe, we shut our doors and stopped all programming in mid-March 2020. Not imagining that this would be as extensive as it is, we quickly realized we would need additional support to keep our animals healthy and safe as well. 

Because we have animals that range from chinchillas, bunnies and guinea pigs to snakes, monitors, geckos, cockatoos, macaws and more, their care and attention vary tremendously. All of these animals require daily care;  human interaction, husbandry, veterinary care, and emergency care. 

 Our goal with this fundraiser is to raise enough money for all animal care costs for the next few months so that we are not using government loans to purchase their food, medication or any additional veterinary expenses that occur. This means the animals need your help. 

We are committed to opening again when it is safe to do so and hope that our many supporters can help make sure that the animals all have the best possible care in a situation that, unfortunately, we had no plan in place for. 

Our animals have done so much for so many through all of our camp programs, school visits, pet therapies, parties, outreach and more and now they need you. Please help us make sure we can stay on track and provide the best care possible to them during this difficult time. Making a small donation towards their care, dietary and medical needs will make a huge difference.
