theROC offers free programs and services to young people in Prince Edward County in the following areas: Academic Support, Basic Needs, Leadership Skills & Social Development, and Mental Wellbeing.
Free cab rides home are provided to those in need.
We work with youth across a spectrum of demographics, interests and life circumstances to find the programming that best fits their needs.
