Mission: To promote health by providing members of the Black community with kidney disease with access to health counselling, information and support programs.

The foundation benefits from the support of four very dedicated volunteers committed to providing education and support to achieve a healthy lifestyle and improve the quality of life with those who are affected by kidney disease.
