Rosedale Home for Special Care is home to 39 residents and is located in New Germany, a picturesque little village situated on the LaHave River 25 KM north of the town of Bridgewater on the beautiful South Shore. There are 80 employees who work full time, part time and casual to ensure we maintain our commitment to excellence in care. We boast our small size is what makes for the homelike atmosphere and out homemade meals are second to none.  

We are resident advocates, first, last, and always. We pride ourselves on our commitment to our residents, their families and our outstanding employees. We strive to create an environment where every person's contribution is valued and important, Out home has been called a 'hidden gem' as we are located in a  rural area, and many of our staff live nearby. We are truly a home away from home.
