For 75 years Royal Canadian Legion Branch 353 has been a stalwart member of the Eganville Community. People from far and wide have come to the Eganville Legion to celebrate weddings and other joyous occasions. Remembrance Day at the Eganville cenotaph, supporting our veterans, blood donor clinics, celebrating church services during times of calamity, political meetings; the list goes on. The Legion facility has always been there for our community. It is now time for the community to step up for the Legion. During this COVID-19 pandemic, with no opportunity to raise funds for the barest of operating expenses, our Legion is in very real danger of going under-closing down. Ask yourself "What would our community be like without our Legion?"
No social focal point for dances and celebration. No community tangible focus for the real sacrifices our veterans made for us. Our Legion represents the sacrifices of our veterans and the esteem to which we hold them.
Help the Legion to continue helping our community. Please be generous with you donation.
