Rotel Motel provides affordable, convenient and caring accommodations for outpatients or patients’ families and friends during hospital visits. We feel this is an important service and truly care about our guests.
Rotel is a totally self-sustaining motel run by the Rotel Foundation Inc. It is managed in a fair and cost-efficient manner to ensure the best possible service and experience for our guests. A volunteer Board of Directors meets regularly to review finance and operations and provide ongoing guidance to the capable management.
In addition to the obvious ongoing expenses of salaries, heat, hydro, and taxes; maintaining the building, property and parking lot is critical. Providing a safe and comfortable stay for guests requires regular maintenance and investment in improving or replacing infrastructure, facilities and furnishings.
Rotel Foundation Inc. is a non-profit and a registered charity that receives no government funding.
