The RCAF Foundation works to celebrate the RCAF and aviation through community engagement, education programs and commemorative activities.
The Royal Canadian Air Force Foundation (RCAF Foundation), established in 2021, works to recognize, foster and celebrate the Royal Canadian Air Force (RCAF) through community engagement, education programs and commemorative activities.
Its purpose is to inspire Canadians, particularly youth, to learn about and support this important national institution; and to highlight the future of Canadian aviation, ensuring its dynamic growth and expansion.
Your donation will support:
- The annual RCAF Foundation Scholarship program, offered to Canada’s next generation of of aviation and aerospace leaders: post-secondary students in STEM who are planning future careers in the fields of either Aviation or Aerospace.
- Our annual Remembrance Day ceremony held each year at Mount Pleasant Cemetery in Toronto, adjacent to the memorial for First World War Flying ace William G. Barker, VC.
- The development of educational materials, including digital exhibitions, podcasts and more, celebrating Canada’s aviation heritage.
- Initiatives developed to celebrate the centennial anniversary of the RCAF in 2024.
All donations are eligible for a tax receipt and will be directed to the general operations of the Foundation.
