About Rural Ontario Institute
The Rural Ontario Institute (ROI) envisions strong, vibrant rural and northern Ontario communities. We help achieve this by developing leaders and facilitating collaboration on issues facing rural and northern Ontario. ROI programs build the capacity of rural people to make a difference for their communities, businesses and organizations. We connect people and provide them with knowledge so ideas for effective initiatives are shared and implemented more quickly across rural Ontario. We profile rural innovators through case studies, demonstration projects and webinars. ROI shares solutions and partners with local project partners to feature initiatives that address key rural priorities.
