The Saanich Peninsula Lions Food Bank has been serving the food insecure on the Saanich Peninsula for over 40 years.
Our food bank was found and has been operating since December 1984 to help those who hurt by the economic downturn. Since our humble beginnings we have helped thousands of food insecure people in the communities and neighbourhoods of Sidney, North Saanich and Central Saanich.
The Saanich Peninsula Lions Food Bank is a non-profit charitable organization run by a Board of Directors that oversees our Executive Director, staff and volunteers that run day-to-day operations of the food bank.
