Today, Kaleidoscope’s work spans three core areas:Purpose Real Estate: We acquire and develop properties into affordable housing and community assets. We have two projects on the go, Barrack Green and the House of Merritt, which collectively will create 51 affordable housing units, and one commercial floor for non-profit organizations. Training and Enterprise Support: We offer programming in entrepreneurship, financial literacy, and energy efficiency — building individual capacity and economic opportunity from the ground up.KSI Social Impact Fund: Our primary impact investment vehicle, the Fund now directs 90% of capital to affordable housing, and 10% to social enterprise and individual asset building — maintaining our roots while responding to today’s most urgent need.
