We are a place of spirit where Indigenous and Christian spiritual beliefs are respected, shared and understood. As part of our ministry training program for Indigenous students, as well as the cross-cultural work we do to reach out to the wider community, we offer sweat lodge ceremonies on our land.
Led by an elder, the ceremony begins with the lighting of the sacred fire. This fire will heat the grandfather rocks that will be used in the sweat lodge. The ceremony can be a profound experience for those seeking teachings, healing and connection to the land and their culture. Your gift of $50 will provide the essential firewood and grandfathers for a group to experience a sweat lodge ceremony together.
