Saskatchewan Alternative Initiatives (SAI) is an established non-profit in Saskatoon with over 20 years experience in supporting people with disabilities. We were granted charitable status in 2017.
Our programming includes a 24h-hour residential Home Support Program, a community-based Vocational Program and a Semi Independent Living Program, which together supports over 60 individuals.
Our unique approach to support and program development is deeply rooted in the philosophies of Gentle Teaching, person centeredness and servant leadership. This approach allows individuals to live according to their own values, discover their talents and interests, and live a life of dignity on their own terms.
