The Saskatchewan Lions Foundation was formed in 2004 to enable the Lions of Saskatchewan to collectively respond to provincial needs.
The Foundation can respond to the following needs:
For work in the furtherance of the conservation of sight, and the welfare of the blind and visually impaired;
For medical facilities and others qualified for programs, services and equipment related to and treatment of diabetes or services to diabetic clients and their families;
To Shock Trauma Air Rescue Service (STARS) Foundation for capital and operating expenses; and
For medical facilities or others qualified whose programs are aligned with those of Lions Clubs International, including disaster relief, vision, diabetes, childhood cancer, hunger, youth, and the environment.
