As a registered charitable organization, the Saskatoon Nature Society brings together those interested in the natural world. Our objective is to promote the appreciation of nature and encourage a deeper knowledge of it through observation, education and sharing of experience.
The society supports nature conservation projects, and advocates for the preservation of plant and animal habitats.
Throughout the year, we organize numerous nature field trips to enjoy the birds and other wildlife, the plants, the landscape and the beauty of the Saskatchewan sky. From September through April our monthly indoor meetings feature a guest speaker.
