We change lives through community connections, engagement and inclusivity.
Saskatoon Public Library (SPL) offers vibrant and welcoming community spaces that provide diverse collections, programs and services that promote lifelong learning and inclusivity. We offer traditional library services, in addition to new services such as digital materials, innovation labs, and STEAM resources.
Services are available at our nine locations, online and around Saskatoon. We collaborate with community partners to bring services to where they are needed, including schools, hospitals, community centres, senior’s homes and more.
In a typical year, 53% of Saskatoon residents are members, we receive over 1.5 million visits, 3.4 million physical library materials are borrowed and over 1.2 million digital materials are accessed.
By supporting SPL, you are helping people in your community to grow, share, connect and feel a sense of belonging. Thank you!
SPL is located on Treaty 6 Territory and the homeland of the Métis.
