In order to get away from an angry neighbor that was poisoning our cats, we moved to a new home, 60 cats, 4 dogs, 2 parrots, 1 lovebird, 4 cocketiels and 2 chickens   While we love our new, safe home we have discovered that the furnace needs replacing, the temperature varies between 45 and 48 degrees in the morning and by mid afternoon  the living room warms up to 61 degrees; I do between 15 and 18 loads of laundry a week but  the washing machine will only operate when it wants to and the plumbing requires much needed upgrades. Majority of those in our care are seniors.
