Seniors Life Centre (SLC) envisions a world where every senior lives a life of dignity, abundance and joy, free from poverty and isolation.
Our mission is to improve the wellbeing of vulnerable and isolated seniors through a holistic care model that provides quality healthcare, builds community, and ensures basic needs are met.
We are currently raising funds to build a permanent home for 20 vulnerable seniors in Rwanda. Our goal is to raise $100,000 which will cover the costs of building the facility near Kigali, Rwanda's capital city.
SLC has recently expanded to include immigrant seniors in Calgary, Alberta, who are experiencing food insecurity and social isolation.
