Every year, the Jesuit Refugee Service (JRS) organizes a summer camp for refugee families who can't afford to go on vacation and who want to have fun and get together in a setting other than the city.

A summer camp for refugee families is specifically designed to provide opportunities for healing and rebuilding for families who have been uprooted from their country of origin due to conflict, persecution or other crisis situations. Through this summer camp, JRS aims to encourage interaction between refugee families and the local community, facilitating intercultural exchange, mutual understanding and the development of social bonds.

For $1,250, you can take a family of 5 on vacation and recharge their batteries far from the pressures of the city.
