Our Mission
Shine Through The Rain Foundation supports individuals and families affected by life-threatening illnesses. We endeavor to improve and enrich the lives of those who approach the Foundation in their time of need, delivering compassionate and compelling services across Canada.
We provide advice, guidance and financial aid to our service users as they try to navigate through an intensely challenging and emotional journey. We aim to establish positive, lasting change through hope, healing and comfort.
Our nonprofit organization is not government funded and we therefore rely solely on the generosity of our supporters. Funds generated through donations and sponsorship allow us to deliver our portfolio of programs as we strive to enhance support structures for patients and families.
VOLUNTEERING
Volunteering with the Foundation is a great opportunity for you to make a positive impact in your community, be part of a team, share your experience, learn new skills and develop lasting friendships. Volunteers are vital to the success of our organization and we wouldn’t be able to support, inform and empower those touched by life threatening illnesses without you.
