As the weather turns colder and inflation soars, food is becoming a precious commodity for many. The challenge of providing enough nutritious food for individuals and families keeps growing. Prepared meals are essential for our neighbours with disabilities, anxiety, lack of financial resources, and for those who are ill, homeless and elderly. No one should go hungry.

SIRCH is currently giving out close to 800 nutritious, free frozen meals each month to residents who are struggling. We know that this will not be enough in the months to come. We need your help to increase our output to more than 1,000 or more meals over the coming weeks and months.
