Salt and Light Catholic Media Foundation, operating as Salt + Light Media, is a Catholic media ministry dedicated to sharing the Gospel faithfully and compellingly by producing trustworthy Catholic content that strengthens faith, encourages communion, and fosters a deeper encounter with Christ.

Our name is drawn from Christ's call to His disciples: to be salt of the earth and light to the world. It reflects both our identity and our responsibility.

From its beginnings, our ministry has been shaped by the energy, creativity, and faith of young adults, who have long been central to our work as producers, storytellers, and evangelizers. Their presence continues to give our content its distinctive vitality—helping the Church speak with a youthful, authentic voice even when we share the most ancient elements of our tradition.
