About Foothills SNAPS (Foothills Special Needs Association for Parents and Siblings)
Proudly serving our community for over 17 years.
We are a non-profit organization in the Foothills area of Alberta including, High River, Claresholm, MD of Foothills, Okotoks, MD of Willow Creek. Three school divisions served are Foothills School Division #38, Livingstone Range School Division and Christ the Redeemer School Division.
Foothills SNAPS supports families and community who are living with or connected to someone with special needs. We provide education, information, and support to parents, siblings and community members who are connected to someone with special needs in a safe, non-judgmental environment.
Programs offered through Foothills SNAPS include:
One to One Family Support, Transition Planning Program, Sibshops (for the Siblings), Connections Registry (Respite, Community and program Assistants), Resource Library, JOBz
