About Society of Saint Vincent de Paul
The primary goal and purpose of the Society is to serve and minister to all the poor, making no distinctions of creed, ethnic or social background, health, gender or political opinions. We adhere to the traditions as stated in the parameters of the Society reflected in the vision of our founder Frederic Ozanam and our patron Saint Vincent de Paul.
The Hamilton Particular Council oversees Conferences(the operating name of a parish based group) at the following Parishes in the City of Hamilton: Annunciation of Our Lord, Our Lady of the Assumption, Blessed Sacrament, Regina Mundi, Our Lady of Lourdes, Sacred Heart, St. Ann's(on Barton), St. Eugene's, St. John the Baptist, St. Margaret Mary, and Sts. Peter & Paul.
