The Sooke Region Community Health Network (SRCHN) supports healthy lives in healthy communities through innovative, collaborative development and improvement of services for everyone in the Sooke Region. One of our activities is a service helping seniors to live in their homes longer through regular social home visits, shopping trips and simple house cleaning. During these COVID-19 times, we have resorted to calling regularly and shopping delivery only. We would like to support more seniors in our community during these self-isolating times, but we need more resources facilitate regular wellness phone calls and eventually grocery delivery. Therefore we appeal for donations to this activity for the duration of the crisis.
