About South Essex Community Council (SECC)
SECC is a non-profit, community services organization which serves the communities of South Essex, Ontario. We deliver services in five distinct areas: Community Home Support Services, Language & Settlement Services, Children & Youth Services, Career Hub, and Community Information & Income Support Services
How you can help!
Everyone penny we raise goes to support our programs. We have a Board Policy that ensures our donations will never go to support Admin needs. Our donors are the backbone of our community and every little bit helps! Need ideas? Here's a few ways your money helps our community out:
$8 donation = a hot nutritionally balanced meal for a senior within our community
$10 donation = nutritional snacks for 5 children living in the Leamington area at our SPARK after-school program
$20 donation = supervised day programming for 1 senior including a hot meal and snacks
$40 donation = a week of hot nutritionally balanced meal for a senior within our community
$50 donation = provides groceries for a week for a person in need within our community.
$100 donation = nutritional snacks for a week for 25 children living in the Leamington area at our SPARK after-school program
$200 donation = supervised day programming for 10 seniors including a hot meal and snacks
$250 donation = provide groceries for 2 weeks for a family of 4 in need within our community.
$500 donation = supervised day programming for 10 seniors including a hot meal and snacks; a week of nutritional snacks for 25 children living in the Leamington area at our SPARK after-school program; a hot nutritionally balanced meal for a senior within our community for 5 weeks
