Our Mission
South West District Palliative Care, Inc. was established in 1997 to serve the Towns of Stonewall and Teulon and the Municipalities of Rockwood, Rosser, Woodlands and Armstrong.
The Board of South West District Palliative Care has adopted the philosophy that palliative care is a continuum that begins with the diagnosis of a possible life-threatening or incurable illness and follows through with the resolution of grief for the family after a death.
South West District Palliative Care, Inc. is a registered charity funded through the generous support of individuals, community and memorial donations, grants, local businesses and fundraising initiatives.
