Spirit Alive Outreach Ministry has helped over 160 children in 2025 by providing toys and other essentials during the Christmas season. We have been doing this for many years and have helped thousands of children have a gift to open on Christmas day.

But our work extends far beyond the holidays. Throughout the year, we provide weekly food support to marginalized families who face impossible choices between shelter and food. We supplement our food donations with grocery gift cards for items we don't have available, and we've helped numerous families who have fallen behind on their rent, utilities, and other critical expenses.

Due to the current economy, the working poor are struggling more than ever. These are families with jobs - often working full-time or multiple jobs - but still unable to make ends meet as housing costs, food prices, and utilities continue to rise while wages lag behind. Many fall into gaps where they earn "too much" for some assistance programs but nowhere near enough to actually survive.

Spirit Alive Outreach Ministry meets people where they are, providing both the ongoing support families need to stay afloat and the emergency assistance that prevents them from losing everything. We're here to ensure that working hard doesn't mean going hungry, and that every child in our community has something to celebrate on Christmas morning.
