We are a team of passionate volunteers headed by Dr Melanie Eagen of the St George Veterinary Clinic. We have adopted out over 2500 cats since we began in the fall of 2018 through our network of loving foster homes.
Our mission is to promote the welfare of animals for the benefit of the public by:
a) rescuing stray, abandoned, abused, or surrendered animals;
b) spaying or neutering them
c) providing appropriate shelter and medical care
d) operating an animal adoption program
e) promoting responsible animal care within the community
While we work with the animals, the joy and relief of both surrenderers and adopters reminds us that the welfare of the community is connected to the welfare of animals.
