Help Restore a Cornerstone of Our Niagara Community

St. George’s Anglican Church needs your help. As time and weather have taken their toll, the church has launched a major restoration effort to replace crumbling walls and stucco, preserve historic woodwork and protect the structure for generations to come.

We’ve already raised $315,000 toward urgent restoration work—but we still need approximately $140,000 more to safeguard this historic building well into the future. Every gift matters—and every act of support helps keep the heart of St. George’s beating strong.

Founded in 1792, St. George’s is the oldest Anglican parish in St. Catharines. Today’s church building—an important part of St. Catharines’ history—has watched over our city for nearly two centuries.

But St. George’s is more than just a building. It’s a gathering place, a haven, and a vital part of our community’s shared story.
