St. Peter's Anglican Church in Kingston is a faithful and friendly church family of around 75 households. While primarily senior in membership, our parish also includes a number of young families and children.
Our Sunday Eucharist service (BAS) is at 10:00 am, with a sung Morning Prayer service (BCP) on the last Sunday of every month. We host a mid-week Eucharist service (BCP) every Wednesday at noon, and a contemplative service on the first and third Thursdays of the month at 6:30 pm.
St. Peter's is a primary pastoral provider to various west-end nursing and retirement homes. Parish clergy and lay people lead worship and offer friendly visits to residents in 3 of these homes located in the Amherstview area. Our parish is also a strong supporter of the Partners-In-Mission Food Bank, Lunch-by-George, and also participates in the lunch programs of neighbouring schools by preparing food for lesser privileged students.
The parish is a member of the Anglican Church of Canada and the Diocese of Ontario.
