About CHURCH OF ST PETER and ST SIMON THE APOSTLE
in 2016 the parishes of St. Peter's and St. Simon the Apostle merged to form a new parish. Though we are a combined parish of the Anglican Church of Canada in the Diocese of Toronto, first and foremost we are Christians. Therefore we come together to worship God who has been revealed in Jesus the Christ (Messiah). Out of our worship flows everything we do: We are nourished in our individual spiritual journeys so that we may nourish our neighbour by deeds of love. We are strengthened in our faith so that we may share with our neighbour, the good news of life and mercy that Christ offers the world. Our souls are nurtured so that we may in turn seek justice in our society, build peace in our homes and neighbourhoods.
