About Stratford Perth Heritage Foundation
The Stratford Perth Heritage Foundation (SPHF) is a non-profit registered charitable organization established in 1964. SPHF is the sole owner of the historic Fryfogel Tavern & Inn and its 5 acre estate, the last surviving tavern/inn on what was the Huron Tract created by the legendary Canada Company.
SPHF relies on the generosity of donors to finance its ongoing operating costs and the many restoration and revitalization projects it undertakes.
