Since it opened in 1996, Strathcona County Museum & Archives (Strathma), owned and operated by The Strathcona County Heritage Foundation, has followed its mandate to collect, preserve, promote, and display the history of Strathcona County. Strathma is dedicated to fostering an environment where all individuals, regardless of background, feel valued and represented. Through inclusive exhibits and programs, we aim to celebrate diverse perspectives, break down barriers and cultivate a sense of belonging for every community member. To keep the museum accessible beyond economic barriers, Strathma’s general admission is free to the public.
