About Stroke Recovery Association of Calgary
The Stroke Recovery Association of Calgary (SRAC) was formed in 1980 and is comprised of stroke survivors, their families and supporters in Calgary, Alberta and the surrounding area. As a volunteer organization we address the specific needs of stroke survivors in dealing with their new lifestyle, and support caregivers dealing with stroke survivors.
About Calgary Aphasia Centre
In 2014, the Calgary Aphasia Centre (CAC) was formed under the auspices of the SRAC. The CAC is a non-profit program that supports and advocates for Calgarians living with aphasia.
