Mission Statement: "We exist to help people become fully committed followers of Christ."

Sunny Brae Baptist Church was built in September of 1921. The Church's cornerstone was laid that year, and on it, it reads "Jesus Christ Himself being the chief corner stone." A lot of things have changed at our Church since 1921, our ministries and programs have grown evolved, the building has been renovated and added on to, we have had many members added to our number, as well as others who have passed away, but the one thing that will always remain the same, is that Jesus is our chief corner stone. Meaning, that we as a Church family strive to keep Jesus at the center of all we do. 

Here at Sunny Brae we have adopted the phrase “Welcome Home.” This is because we treat our Church as a family and a home. Everyone is welcome into our church family here, and we are constantly getting positive feedback on how loving and welcoming our church is to new comers. We know God is at work here at Sunny Brae, and we’d love to have you come be part of it!
