About the Society
The Greenecourt Housing Complex was established in 1960. In 1980 the Sunshine Coast Lions Housing Society, a non-profit organization was formed and took over the ownership and operation of the complex.
Greenecourt currently consists of three buildings of affordable rental apartments. Construction of our fourth building will soon begin.
The Society is governed by a volunteer Board of Directors and supported by two permanent staff members: the Property Manager and the Assistant to the Property Manager.
