S.H.I.F.T. (Support and Hope for Individuals and Families Today) provides vital programs that reduce homelessness and food insecurity across South Simcoe. Through our Community Dinner Program, we serve warm, welcoming meals to anyone in need; our Outreach Team delivers emergency supplies and connects families and individuals to critical supports; and our Emergency Overnight Shelter offers year-round, short-term, housing-focused shelter for youth (16+), adults, and couples who often cannot access other services. Every year, we serve thousands of meals, support hundreds of people, and help many find safe, permanent housing.
